Local Town Meetings
Posted here for your enrichment is several town meeting held by various boards and commissions. These were all taped by myself and recently converted from video tape to digital format. As I discover more of these meetings, I'll be posting them here on the blog and on YouTube.
First up is a meeting of the Bethel Board of Selectmen from 13 April 1998. In this meeting the then P&Z alternate member Arlene Perdone was being nominated to also serve on the Board of Education and she was supported by many in the pro education movement. Two members of the BOS, were opposed to her nomination to the BOE.
Next up is a Board of Finance meeting from 14 April 1998.
Two nights ago was the Annual Bethel Town Budget Meeting and here for your viewing is a meeting from 5 April 2001.
