Daphne Clarke Hudson is a Certified Professional Speaker and is recognized nationally for her Motivational and Keynote presentations. In her role as an empowerment specialist for more than twenty years. She is presently President & CEO of Clarke Hudson & Associates LLC, located in New Milford, Connecticut. This consulting firm works with individuals and organizations to fulfill their visions.

Clarke Hudson & Associates LLC's mission is to help people succeed in the changing world of work through improved communications with companies and employees, by increasing productivity and transforming negative attitudes into positive action to enhance employee and client’s relationship. The vision is to educate people with the techniques needed to tap into their authentic selves. This will enable their ultimate purpose and passion.

In recognition of her accomplishments and dynamic spontaneity, she was sought out to serve as Mistress of Ceremony at the highly acclaimed C4C Learning Center and T-House Conference where prominent U.S. attorney, Willie E. Gary was the featured speaker. For the past five years, Ms. Clarke Hudson has been the empowerment specialist for the Federal Correctional Institute for Women in Danbury, CT. She has made numerous speaking engagements throughout the tri-state region for profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Daphne has received numerous accolades, awards and honors for her wide range of community involvement and commitment. Her numerous recognition includes The Inter-religious and International Federation appointment of Ms. Clarke Hudson as an Ambassador for World Peace (IIFWP); She was recognized for excellence of leadership by the IIFWP, which was presented o her on Capitol Hill. She received two proclamations for the State of Connecticut General Assembly for Community Service and her education of parents to be advocates for their children. For three consecutive years (2002-2004), Daphne has been an Honoree for he International Who’s Who of Professional and Business Women for significant Career Achievements and Contributions to society. Ms. Clarke Hudson is an honored participant of the Korea, Japan and United States in the Pacific Era International Leadership Conference held in Washington, DC, with representation from (89) different countries.

Because of her passion for diversity, she founded the Multi-Cultural Parents Day and the Parent-to-Parent Buddy System in the City of Danbury Connecticut. She is also the state coordinator to the Echanges Culturels Internationaux Program. She continues to impact different communities through her involvement on various boards such as HUSKY Connecticut, The Connecticut Conference of Volunteerism, The Community Health Center of Danbury and copious members of others.
